Position Overview

Workplace and Schedule

• The position is located at the Marriott property in Almadinah Almunawwarah, Saudi Arabia.
• The schedule is part-time, and the role is not remote.

Technical Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology equipment installations, moves, additions, changes, and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and guest room internet issues.
• Maintain technology device inventory.
• Maintain PBX and telephone switchboard systems and associated hardware.
• Keep computer and telephone rooms locked and restrict access.
• Use computers and POS systems and inspect tools, equipment, and machines.

Service and Compliance Duties

• Follow company policies and procedures and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
• Complete safety training and certifications and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, answer telephones, and communicate professionally.
• Support team goals, maintain positive working relationships, and recommend efficiency and quality improvements.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of related work experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No high school diploma or GED equivalent is required according to the listed qualifications.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
