Technical Writer

Substantial experience applying structured authoring principles, using the EAGLE LPD & EPS S1000D development environment.

Familiarity with DEF (AUST) 5629C, DEF (AUST) IPS-5630 and the S1000D specification.

Substantial experience working within engineering and/or maintenance environments, preferably within the defence industry.

Substantial experience delivering S1000D projects using XML and a Common Source Database (CSDB) to develop Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETPs).

Proven experience identifying technical illustrations and graphics to clearly communicate technical concepts and information

Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
