Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
• Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to plan, develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
• Research, develop and document technical design specifications
• Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
• Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
• Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
• Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
• Preparing IT policy documents and user guides
• Taking training sessions on the products and Tools used across the organization on the usage of it and its best practices
Qualification and skills:
• 2 – 5 yrs of experience in IT technical documentation
• Proven experience working in a technical writing position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
• Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
