- Deliver impactful technical training: Facilitate high quality, engaging training sessions on Cummins products and systems, improving technician capability, repair accuracy, and overall service efficiency.
- Enhance service quality and customer satisfaction: Equip technicians and service personnel with the knowledge and tools needed to resolve issues effectively, leading to improved customer experience and reduced downtime.
- Proactively address training needs: Forecast training demand and develop structured training plans that align with business priorities and support operational excellence.
- Build technical capability across teams: Provide ongoing technical support and coaching to distributors, dealers, and customers, strengthening field expertise and problem solving skills.
- Drive continuous learning and expertise: Stay up to date through train the trainer programs and ensure all training materials reflect the latest product updates, policies, and systems.
- Measure and improve training effectiveness: Evaluate training impact through participant feedback and field performance, using insights to continuously enhance delivery and outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives: Actively contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and aligning training with evolving business needs.
- Ensure compliance and visibility: Maintain accurate training records and report on service capability, enabling better tracking of workforce readiness and supporting data driven decision making.

- Multilingual capability – Ability to communicate effectively in French, Russian, or Arabic to support diverse learners and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and planning skills – Confidently navigate complex processes, prioritise tasks, and align work with organisational goals.
- Continuous self development mindset – Proactively seek opportunities to learn, grow, and improve through both formal and informal channels.
- Adaptability and effective training delivery – Adjust approach to different situations and audiences while delivering engaging, impactful training that drives practical application.
- College, university or equivalent technical experience required.
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience required, including experience in service.
