About the Role
Tritorc is hiring a Technical Trainer in Doha to deliver training on bolting, torquing, tensioning, flange management, and related field services. The role involves conducting classroom and hands-on sessions, assessing competency, and developing training materials.

Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training on bolting, torquing, tensioning, flange management, hot bolting, and related field services
- Conduct classroom and practical hands on training sessions
- Assess and certify competency of supervisors and technicians
- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and competency assessment programs
- Support implementation of standardized service procedures across multiple projects and locations
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, bolting, flange management, or related mechanical services
- Experience delivering technical and practical training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of international standards and best practices in bolted joint integrity is an advantage
- Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy sector preferred
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required

Job Overview
