Develop, schedule and present training courses and seminars related to Cat’s machine product line for customers and technicians.

Remain current with the Cat machine product line through both self-development and formal training as required in order to stay up to date with ever changing technology.

Communicate on an ongoing basis with the other Service Training Instructors, the Apprenticeship Training Coordinator,

Shop Supervisors, PSM’s, sales personnel and customers to identify training requirements and develop/maintain course schedules.

Schedule, utilize and maintain the training departments classrooms, training bay, tools, projectors and equipment to ensure sound management of our resources.

Perform training department administrative tasks, including preparing evaluations and reports and providing feedback to service leadership on technician development.
