Ideal profile
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a college diploma in Information Technology combined with relevant experience is required.
- At least 5 years of technical support or similar IT environment experience, including team leadership, is required.
- Experience with an ITSM platform, ideally ServiceDesk Plus, and familiarity with ITIL best practices are required.
- The role requires strong priority management, service delivery, escalation management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proven leadership, coaching, relationship-building, customer service, and bilingual communication skills are required.
