Job Summary

  • We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team and provide exceptional technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client support tickets and provide accurate, timely solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Train users on new system features and updates.
  • Document support activities and maintain solution records.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in technical support, preferably in ITSM or ITIL environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure (Servers, Domains, Active Directory, Networks, DNS/DHCP, etc.).
  • Customer oriented with high attention to detail.
