MidSign is seeking a Technical Support & Service Engineer for their Dubai office to install, maintain, and support digital printing and road safety products. The role involves on-site and remote technical support, customer training, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain printers and related digital printing systems.
- Provide on site and remote technical support to customers.
- Conduct operator training sessions and technical demonstrations for clients.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues efficiently.
- Install, maintain, and support finishing equipment including laminators, vinyl cutters, application tables, and other digital printing machinery.
- Assist customers with preventive maintenance programs and service schedules.
- Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and installation records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical support and spare parts.
- Support technical aspects of road safety products, including Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMAs), Arrow Boards, and other traffic management systems.
- Participate in product testing, inspections, certifications, and customer acceptance procedures.
- Provide technical assistance during exhibitions, demonstrations, and project implementations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
- Experience in industrial equipment maintenance, printing machinery, or road safety products preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and GCC when required.
- Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and installation drawings.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Arabic language skills considered an advantage.
