Technology plays a big part in how we work, connect and support communities across NSW. As a Technical Support Officer , you'll be the friendly face and trusted expert people turn to when they need help navigating technology challenges.

You'll provide technical support across a range of systems, devices and applications, helping people get back to work quickly and confidently. From troubleshooting incidents and resolving system issues to supporting bespoke software, business-critical hardware and digital workplace tools, you'll help keep our people connected and productive.

No two days are the same, and you'll work closely with colleagues and customers to solve problems, improve experiences and support reliable digital services.
