Role Overview
The role supports stationary refrigeration, air comfort, and process-cooling applications across MEAI.
The position handles the technical side of cooling applications for the stationary team.
The role supports market transition from high-GWP to ultra-low-GWP refrigerants.
Core Responsibilities
- Work with customers, OEMs, supermarkets, consultants, distributors, business development managers, marketing managers, sales representatives, and technology colleagues.
- Drive market conversion and develop MEAI applications for a portfolio of refrigerant projects.
- Secure the technical side of the Growth Program initiative and Key Accounts projects.
- Secure availability of qualified components, systems, and technologies for the refrigerant portfolio.
- Participate in product communication initiatives and help defend the refrigerant portfolio when needed.
Must Have
- Deep knowledge of refrigerants, compressors, heat exchangers, and cooling systems.
- At least 10 years of experience in similar positions or adjacent activities.
- An established personal network among component OEMs, supermarkets, distributors, or consultants.
- A demonstrated innovative spirit and passion for new fields of growth.
