Role Overview
The Technical Support Manager supports stationary refrigeration, air comfort, and process cooling businesses across MEAI.
This is a hybrid role combining remote work flexibility with in-person collaboration.
The role focuses on transitioning markets from high-GWP to ultra-low-GWP refrigerants.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the cooling-applications technical side of the stationary team in MEAI.
- Work with customers, OEMs, consultants, distributors, and internal commercial and technology teams.
- Drive refrigerant conversion and application-development projects across MEAI.
- Secure qualified components, systems, and technologies for refrigerants in the market.
- Support Growth Program initiatives and Key Accounts projects.
- Lead product communication initiatives and defend the refrigerant portfolio when needed.
- Develop industry connections, build strategic partnerships, and drive technical consensus.
Required Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of refrigerants, compressors, heat exchangers, and cooling systems.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar or adjacent refrigeration-related positions.
- A developed network among component OEMs, supermarkets, distributors, and consultants.
