Key responsibilities
- Provide backend support to the service engineer for the software application.
- Handle client queries and provide technical support.
- Resolve end-user technical queries by phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Train end users on the software through phone, email, and remote sessions when required.
- Maintain application databases.
- Prepare UAT documentation and help clients conduct user acceptance testing.
- Ensure clients operate the application smoothly.
- Map processes and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify potential problems and present desirable solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Desire to learn new skills.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹14,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
