The Opportunity
Support Flywire's Student Financial Services, eStore, and TPI products for clients in the U.S. and Canada.
Work directly with customers and cross-functional teams on technical support and operational tasks.
Use AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to automate workflows, investigate issues, and improve client communications.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Manage and resolve customer and departmental tickets while meeting SLA requirements.
- Research complex support issues using web-based products and command-line tools.
- Assess technical problems, propose solutions, and collaborate with development teams on product enhancements.
Communication and Collaboration
- Explain complex technical issues clearly to customers by email or phone.
- Serve as an escalation bridge between customers and product or engineering teams.
- Align support goals with Flywire's business domain, strategy, and long-term objectives.
