About the Role
FinesseTech is hiring a hands-on Technical Support Engineer to deploy and support digital building solutions including Digital Signage, Visitor Management, and Workspace Systems. The role involves Windows Servers, networking, Azure, SQL, and on-site deployments.

Responsibilities
- Deploy & support digital building solutions (Digital Signage, Visitor Management & Workspace Systems)
- Install & manage Windows Servers, IIS, certificates, AD, SSO
- Troubleshoot networks (VLANs, ports, routing, firewalls)
- Administer Microsoft Azure (Exchange Online, Entra ID, CA policies, VMs), Microsoft 365
- Work closely with client IT security teams to support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing compliance
- Work with SQL databases (queries, logs, backup/restore)
- On‑site deployments, system commissioning, client coordination & training
- Create clean documentation, SOPs & troubleshooting guides
Requirements
- 2–4 years in ICT/System/Technical Support
- Strong skills in Windows Servers, networking, IIS & SQL
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud environments
- Ability to install, configure & troubleshoot enterprise applications
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Strong documentation discipline

Overview
- FinesseTech is growing fast, and we’re looking for a hands‑on Technical Support Engineer who can work across ICT, Cloud, AV, and enterprise applications.
What You'll Work On
- Deploy & support digital building solutions (Digital Signage, Visitor Management & Workspace Systems)
- Install & manage Windows Servers, IIS, certificates, AD, SSO

What We're Looking For

Nice to Have
- PADS4 or equivalent Digital Signage software implementation experience
- A+ / Network+ / CCNA
- PowerShell or automation basics
- Knowledge of AV systems associated with digital signage (not audio specialist)
- Valid UAE driving license
