About the Role
Intralox seeks a Technical Support Engineer for its Hydrolox Water Intake Division in the MENA region. You will support fabricators, plants, and contractors with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of water screens.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Regional Account Managers and Product Managers to ensure successful project delivery
- Consult with contractors and end users on installation and commissioning of Hydrolox Traveling Screens
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during installation and ongoing operations
- Prepare detailed reports on site visits, installations, inspections, and competitor analysis
- Participate in internal project reviews, resource verification, and cost estimation
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers, recommending replacement parts and solutions
- Oversee and validate system testing and customer acceptance
- Attend fabrication factories and Factory Acceptance Tests to ensure product quality and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
- 5+ years of product support experience in the Middle East
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Ability to travel up to 70%, including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to read CAD drawings
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and reporting skills
- Self management and effective teamwork skills

What You’ll Do

- Maintain ongoing communication with customers, recommending replacement parts and solutions throughout the product life cycle.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field.

- Proficiency in Arabic (Hindi is a plus).
