Red educativa Prodec is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide reliable technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and support day-to-day IT operations.
The role covers hardware, software, network, systems, infrastructure, applications, and enterprise support.
Location and Employment
- The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

- The role includes both remote and on-site technical support activities.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems through remote and on-site support.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, applications, peripherals, and IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex incidents when required.
- Support network connectivity, user accounts, access permissions, and basic infrastructure issues.
- Maintain records of incidents, resolutions, configurations, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers.
- Perform system updates, software installations, backups, and routine maintenance.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to system reliability.
