Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer role based in Dubai.
The role provides hands-on technical assistance for diagnostic equipment, automotive software, and workshop systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and support technicians with complex technical problems.
- Respond to support requests, maintain support records, and coordinate with vendors and IT teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation while working with service advisors and workshop staff.
Qualifications
- Strong background in EV diagnostics, ECU programming, and software calibration.
- Experience with non-GCC specification Chinese vehicle platforms and regional software adaptation.
- Ability to provide remote diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting for complex cases.
- Strong technical support, analytical, customer support, and customer service skills.
- Relevant automotive workshop or technical engineering experience is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- On-site workshop work, cross-functional collaboration, and management of multiple support requests are required.
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostic software, workshop management systems, and office applications is advantageous.
