We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to collect customer feedback, conduct pre-sales testing, and provide after-sales support for communication products. Requires a degree in network or communication engineering and fluency in English and Arabic.

- Responsible for after sales including on site maintenance and product installation
Requirements
- Major in network, communication engineering, or electronic information engineering with bachelor degree or above
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Familiarity with communication products (routers/AP/CPE/ONT) preferred
- Experience in working with operators is a plus

Description
- Collect and summarize customers' feedback on product and technology related issues such as requirements, inquiries, complaints etc., and provide timely, correct and complete feedback to company, track the process of internal resolution and resolution results until the customer confirms the closure o
- Responsible for pre sales access testing of new products, includes both hardware and software testing and requires timely and accurate feedback to the company on test results.
- Communicate with customers on products and technologies, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for after sales, including but not limited to on site maintenance, product installation, etc.
Job Requirements
- Majoring in network, communication engineering, electronic information engineering, with bachelor degree or above.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with good emergency response ability for unexpected events.
- Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution and professionalism.
- Energetic and able to handle high intensity work.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with communication products (routers/AP/CPE/ONT, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience in working with operators would be a plus.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 8,000.00 AED 12,000.00 per month
