About the Role
Provide high-quality technical assistance to international clients through voice and chat channels.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues while maintaining productivity in a multi-chat environment.
Work in a fast-paced, 24/7 global support setting focused on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide chat and voice support to international clients.
- Resolve basic to complex technical support queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Respond to customers efficiently and professionally.
- Handle technical queries, identify issues, and escalate them appropriately.
- Meet productivity expectations defined by the support process.
- Follow company and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain satisfactory service levels and focus on customer satisfaction.
Experience and Qualifications
- One to three years of technical support or BPO experience is preferred, particularly in chat and voice processes.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline.
