Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise, customer support, and AI driven solution development
- Serve as technical point of contact for customers and internal teams
- Investigate technical problems, analyze system logs, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutions
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and customer success teams
- Support AI applications by assisting with model integration, API implementation, prompt optimization, workflow automation, and deployment of AI powered features
- Monitor system performance, manage incident responses, document technical solutions, prepare knowledge base articles
- Participate in software testing, validation, troubleshooting, and release support

Requirements
- Strong understanding of technical support processes, system troubleshooting, and incident management
- Knowledge of software applications, operating systems, networking, databases, and cloud computing platforms
- Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning concepts, large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and AI application workflows
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, system integration, web services, and application architecture
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, or similar
- Familiarity with SQL, database management, and log analysis tools
- Understanding of cloud services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is an advantage
- Knowledge of containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is beneficial
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills

Role Description
- We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer / AI Engineer to provide technical expertise, customer support, and AI driven solution development.
- This role combines strong troubleshooting capabilities with knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies to ensure the successful deployment, maintenance, and optimization of software applications and AI powered solutions.
- As a Technical Support Engineer / AI Engineer, you will serve as a technical point of contact for customers and internal teams, assisting with product implementation, system configuration, issue diagnosis, and performance optimization.
- You will investigate technical problems, analyze system logs, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- You will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and customer success teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product quality.
- The role also involves supporting AI applications by assisting with model integration, API implementation, prompt optimization, workflow automation, and deployment of AI powered features.
