Role Description

  • We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer / AI Engineer to provide technical expertise, customer support, and AI driven solution development.
  • This role combines strong troubleshooting capabilities with knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies to ensure the successful deployment, maintenance, and optimization of software applications and AI powered solutions.
  • As a Technical Support Engineer / AI Engineer, you will serve as a technical point of contact for customers and internal teams, assisting with product implementation, system configuration, issue diagnosis, and performance optimization.
  • You will investigate technical problems, analyze system logs, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • You will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and customer success teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product quality.
  • The role also involves supporting AI applications by assisting with model integration, API implementation, prompt optimization, workflow automation, and deployment of AI powered features.
  • Key responsibilities include monitoring system performance, managing incident responses, documenting technical solutions, preparing knowledge base articles, and contributing to product improvements through customer feedback and technical analysis.
  • You will participate in software testing, validation, troubleshooting, and release support to ensure stable and reliable system operation.
  • In addition, you will evaluate emerging AI technologies, recommend technical improvements, support proof of concept projects, and assist in designing scalable AI enabled solutions that align with business objectives.
  • You will promote best practices in system reliability, security, performance, and operational efficiency while maintaining clear communication with both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of technical support processes, system troubleshooting, and incident management.
  • Knowledge of software applications, operating systems, networking, databases, and cloud computing platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning concepts, large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and AI application workflows.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, system integration, web services, and application architecture.
  • Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with SQL, database management, and log analysis tools.
  • Understanding of cloud services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to prepare technical guides, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
