Technical Support Analyst (Burlington, ON)

Join the Burlington location as a Technical Support Analyst , providing front-line technical support to users across the organization. We’re looking for a customer-focused and resourceful professional with strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, mobile devices, and IT support tools. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage service requests, support user accounts, and help ensure a seamless technology experience while delivering exceptional customer service.

Graduated from college or post-secondary studies in computer science.

Customer service oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge of computers, laptops, printers and mobile devices.

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10,11, MS Azure, Exchange and Office 365 operating systems.

Must be familiar with the use of standard IT support tools.

Demonstrates resourcefulness and ability to complete tasks within required deadlines.

Demonstrated initiative and ability to independently work in a collaborative and constantly changing environment.

English spoken and written mandatory. Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.

Rigor in work procedures.

Compensation: $60,000 to $68,000 + 5% MIP
