TerraQ Technologies is hiring a Technical Supervisor to oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of IoT and building automation solutions. Candidates need 3-5 years of experience in BMS, IoT, ELV, HVAC Controls, or Building Automation, and a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of IoT devices, smart sensors, and building automation solutions
- Lead and support field technicians across multiple project sites
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Configure, troubleshoot, and integrate IoT devices with BMS platforms
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and site acceptance
- Ensure documentation, reports, and project records are maintained accurately
- Provide technical support and training to customers when required
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), IoT, ELV, HVAC Controls, or Building Automation
- Good understanding of BMS systems, smart sensors, gateways, LoRaWAN devices, Modbus, BACnet, or similar integration protocols
- Experience with troubleshooting and commissioning automation systems
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Own vehicle preferred
- Willingness to travel across the UAE for site visits
- Strong technical and analytical problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer facing abilities
