Technical Supervisor

We are looking for a technically skilled Technical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance and technical operations at a residential facility.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of MEP systems and experience in supervising technicians and maintenance activities.

• Supervise daily technical and maintenance activities at the site.
• Monitor and maintain Electrical, Plumbing, DG, HVAC, STP, WTP, RO, Pumps, Fire & Safety systems.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is completed on time.
• Supervise technicians and allocate daily work.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify technical issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, AMC service providers, and contractors.
• Maintain logbooks, checklists, maintenance records, and daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site standards.
• Handle emergency breakdowns and technical escalations.
• Support smooth functioning of all MEP and facility systems.

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 3–6 years of relevant technical/facility management experience.
• Experience in residential apartment facility management preferred.
