About the Role

- Compile, organize, and review technical data sheets, compliance statements, and material submittals
- Coordinate between the procurement team, engineering department, and suppliers to gather technical information
- Maintain an accurate log/track of all submittals, approvals, revisions, and rejections
- Ensure all submittals align perfectly with project specifications and contract requirements
- Follow up closely with consultants and clients to expedite the approval process
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Submittal Coordinator or Document Controller in Fire Protection/MEP construction projects
- Strong familiarity with technical data sheets for fire fighting and fire alarm materials
- Exceptional organizational skills and high proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Job Description
- The Technical Submittal Coordinator will manage the preparation, review, and submission of all technical documents, material submittals, and compliance papers required for project approvals by consultants, clients, and authorities.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
