Role overview
The Technical Specialist, Project Management provides project management services for routine to moderately complex infrastructure and environmental projects.
The role supports National Service Region programs serving Department of National Defence infrastructure initiatives, including aircraft, drone, radar, and related facilities.
Employment and compensation
- Salary range is CAD 80,886 to CAD 105,152.
- Employment status is continuing.
- The role offers a hybrid work option with two days per week indicated.
Primary responsibilities
- Prepare and present approvals, statements of work, project charters, budgets, policies, and procedures for long-term projects.
- Manage infrastructure and environmental projects from initiation to closure, including construction, recapitalization, assessment, and remediation.
- Support project approvals through business case analysis, functional space programming, and related documentation.
- Coordinate stakeholders, consultant activities, procurement planning, and tender documents.
- Represent project leadership within delegated signing authority and maintain relationships with DCC, industry, Client-Partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure quality standards are met and prepare monthly reports.
