Apex Gulf is a rapidly expanding commercial supplier for the Oil & Gas, EPC, and Heavy Engineering sectors across the Middle East.

We partner with the largest global contractors to supply critical mechanical components, pipes, valves, and technical instruments.

We are currently scaling our internal operations and are looking for two highly organized, fast-paced Technical Sourcing Supervisors to manage our high-volume estimation desks.

​The Role

This is the central "engine room" of our sales division.

Working directly under our Senior Sales Executives, you will be responsible for managing up to 200 daily RFQs (Request for Quotations) from major EPC contractor portals.

You will act as the bridge between global manufacturers and our internal sales team, ensuring that every inquiry is priced accurately, sourced rapidly, and submitted flawlessly.

​Key Responsibilities

​High-Volume Portal Management: Monitor and extract daily RFQs from major EPC and Oil & Gas e-procurement portals.

​Global Sourcing & Negotiation: Instantly identify and contact international and local suppliers to secure the sharpest technical quotes and highest profit margins.

​Commercial Estimation: Prepare accurate, highly competitive commercial bids and technical submittals under tight deadlines.

​Data & Template Management: Maintain flawless records of supplier pricing, delivery timelines, and compliance documents for rapid future sourcing.

​Sales Support: Act as the internal technical anchor, allowing the field sales team to focus entirely on face-to-face client negotiations.

​Qualifications & Requirements

​Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical/commercial field.

​Speed & Precision: Ability to handle high-pressure, high-volume data entry and technical comparisons without making errors.

​Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and navigating complex corporate procurement portals.

​Communication: Excellent written English for drafting supplier emails and negotiating terms with international factories.

​Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience.

Fresh graduates with a strong commercial mindset, high energy, and a desire to learn the Oil & Gas trade are highly encouraged to apply.

​Visa Status: Candidates already in the UAE on a Dependent Visa, Freelance Visa, or valid Visit Visa who can start immediately will be given priority.
