The platform provides API-first KYC, payment processing, liquidity, and custody capabilities for businesses.
About the Role
Own API documentation and the integration path for Coinme's stablecoin payments stack, helping partners move from kickoff through production.
The role addresses developer integration questions by understanding the stack deeply and documenting it clearly enough for self-service implementation.
What You Will Do
- Own, rewrite, complete, and maintain API and integration documentation as the stack changes.
- Build quickstarts, sample code, reference architectures, demos, and sample applications for developers and business development teams.
- Answer technical partner questions during sales and implementation and resolve issues rather than routing them to Engineering.
- Manage partner implementation from requirements intake through provisioning, sandbox testing, webhook validation, and go-live checks.
- Coordinate timelines with the integration program manager and learn the CaaS, wallet, bank rail, custody, virtual account, and webhook stack.
