Role overview

Customer strategy and architecture

• Align Microsoft technology with business strategy and develop AI, collaboration, security, and employee-experience roadmaps.
• Guide AI readiness, Copilot adoption, governance, organizational change, and end-user enablement.
• Architect Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and integrated workplace solutions.
• Define consulting and implementation scope through Statements of Work.

Security and enablement

• Architect Zero Trust solutions with Microsoft Entra and security architectures with Microsoft Defender XDR.
• Design data protection, insider risk, and compliance controls using Microsoft Purview.
• Enable sales and delivery teams and contribute to internal IP, best practices, and go-to-market strategies.
• Deliver Copilot Studio demonstrations and support Teams-centric collaboration solutions.

Required qualifications

• 5+ years architecting, selling, or delivering Microsoft solutions.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Security.
• Strong technical writing, stakeholder management, advisory, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Understanding of project management principles and their application to SOWs.
• Experience supporting enterprise Copilot pilots or large-scale rollouts.
• Ability to travel up to 15% and between the United States and Canada.

Technology expertise

• Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive.
• Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Microsoft Entra, Defender XDR, and Purview.
• AI governance, Zero Trust, identity, compliance, automation, and employee experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Microsoft certifications in M365, Security, or Power Platform.
• Consulting or professional services background.
• College diploma or equivalent experience in business, computer science, or information systems.

Compensation

• Estimated base pay is CAD 126,000 annually plus 30% target incentives.
• Actual salary varies based on location, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
