About the Role
ROSEN Canada seeks a permanent full-time Technical Solutions Specialist to join the Sales, Proposals and Contracts team in Calgary. The role involves defining technical solutions for pipeline integrity services, supporting sales strategy, and managing risk.

Responsibilities
- Cooperate with Sales Manager during pre bid review for Proficient Diagnostics
- Define solution scope for services meeting client needs and ROSEN capabilities
- Conduct Risk Assessments to minimize technical solution risk
- Engage with clients and attend sales strategy meetings
- Support tender creation by producing scope of work and reviewing contract requirements
- Determine best suited products and services for project demands
- Lead and support Draft Project Budget ensuring competitive pricing
- Negotiate technical solutions with operational processes
- Forecast operational cost, timing and risks for proposed solutions
- Stay up to date with ROSEN product and services portfolio
Requirements
- Professional Engineer registered with APEGA
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical or related field
- 5 10 years of complex solution proposal creation/contract administration or subcontracting experience
- Strong teamwork skill set as SME for solutions and risk management
- Analytical problem solving and quick decision skills
- Proven forward facing client interaction as lead SME on highly complex ILI solutions
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

- Strong teamwork skill set as SME for solutions and risk management.
- Analytical problem solving and quick decision skills.

- Sound technical knowledge and good experience in ROSEN projects and portfolio beneficial.
- Commercial knowledge and legal knowledge a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI).
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
