Role Description
- The Technical Services Manager will oversee day to day technical service operations, ensuring that internal teams and clients receive timely, accurate support.
- This part time, on site role in Dubai involves coordinating and delivering technical support, managing service requests, and resolving technical issues related to the firm’s tools, systems, and project workflows.
- The role includes developing and maintaining technical documentation, implementing best practices for service delivery, and collaborating with design and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network related problems, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Plan and conduct training sessions to improve team members’ technical capabilities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of technical processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Services and service management skills.
- Hands on Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills.
- Proven Customer Service skills.
- Experience designing and delivering Training sessions or workshops.
- Familiarity with architecture, engineering, or design firm environments and related software (e.g., CAD/BIM tools, project management platforms) is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic or French) are a plus.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree, or equivalent professional experience in technical services or IT support.
