Mr Fox is looking for a part-time Technical Services Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee technical service operations, coordinate support activities, manage incident resolution, and ensure timely responses to technical issues.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day technical service operations, including coordinating support activities, managing incident resolution, and ensuring timely and effective responses to technical issues
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to diagnose problems, define solutions, and supervise troubleshooting efforts
- Monitor service performance, maintain documentation, and implement best practices to improve service quality and efficiency
- Provide technical guidance, deliver training to team members or clients where needed, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals
Requirements
- Strong Technical Services and operations management skills, with experience organizing and optimizing day to day service delivery
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, including diagnosing issues, determining root causes, and implementing effective solutions
- Demonstrated Customer Service capabilities, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and maintain positive client relationships
- Experience in Training others on technical processes, tools, or systems, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical guidance
- Relevant technical diploma or degree, or equivalent practical experience in a technical services or support environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a part time, on site setting
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in managing service performance metrics and reporting is an advantage
- Familiarity with industry standard service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL or similar) is beneficial
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an asset
