Primary Function of Position
Support expansion of solutions such as the da Vinci robotic surgery system.
Provide technical support to customers, field engineers, and sales professionals while resolving issues and understanding customer needs.
Improve processes and team efficiency to provide a high level of customer support and satisfaction.
Gather local requirements for technical operations involving digital surgical systems and sterile reprocessing services.
Essential Job Duties
- Provide technical support through system installation, repair, troubleshooting, and sterile reprocessing service setup.
- Manage Technical Support Engineers, digital technical support, and Sterile Reprocessing Services teams.
- Train customers on safe and effective upkeep of instruments, accessories, and endoscopes.
