You are a detail-oriented and safety-conscious laboratory professional who enjoys supporting scientific research, product development, and technical innovation in the waterborne coatings industry. In this role, you will provide technical support to scientists, engineers, and technology leaders by assisting with laboratory experiments, waterborne paint formulation and development activities, performance evaluation, and research projects.
You will perform routine laboratory operations, prepare waterborne paint samples, and you will support the full development cycle of waterborne coating. You will conduct key tests and characterizations relevant to waterborne systems

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to research, product commercialization, process improvement, and technical service initiatives while developing hands-on laboratory experience in a dynamic scientific environment.
Responsibilities
Support chemists, scientists, and engineers in laboratory activities related to product development, application development, technical service, and research projects.
Perform laboratory testing, sample preparation, equipment setup, and experimental procedures in accordance with established operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Execute laboratory work requests, operate testing equipment, and accurately document experimental observations, test results, and technical data.
Maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure reliable operation.
Manage laboratory inventories, including chemicals, consumables, samples, and supplies, while coordinating replenishment activities as needed.
Follow proper waste handling, disposal procedures, and environmental, health, and safety requirements during laboratory operations.
Communicate technical issues, equipment concerns, and test results promptly to Technology Leaders, scientists, and project teams.
