Overview
- Strategic Development:
- Overseeing supply account management, leading pre-qualification files with giant companies (Aramco, SABIC, etc.), and capitalizing on current approvals to convert them into continuous opportunities.
- Field Visits
- : Mobilizing and guiding the engineering team to intensify field presence and actively search for clients in the Eastern Province to ensure a steady flow of Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
- Team Structuring
- : Distributing technical and marketing roles within the team, and setting (KPIs) (Key Performance Indicators) focused on results (such as project closure rates, etc.).
- Sustainability
- : Formulating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and developing a "second line" of leaders to ensure the sustainability of operations.
- Digital Management
- : Full commitment to activating the factory's administrative systems (such as CRM and ERP) to document sales processes and ensure data accuracy.
