About the Role
DR SYSTEMS is looking for a technically strong, client-focused Technical Sales Support Specialist to become the technical backbone of our global sales efforts. You will provide technical support, deliver product demonstrations, and train clients on digital radiography solutions.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for sales across international markets — advising clients, distributors, and partners on our digital radiography products
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and user training (on site and remote)
- Translate customer requirements into tailored technical solutions and prepare technical justifications and responses to inquiries
- Support customers through implementation and operation, and channel their feedback into the team
- Represent DR SYSTEMS at trade shows, on site demos, and customer visits worldwide
- Collaborate closely with our sales, R&D, and service teams
Requirements
- Hands on experience in non destructive testing (NDT)
- Experience specifically in radiography is a strong advantage
- Fluent, confident spoken English for daily communication with international clients and partners
- Solid understanding of digital radiography principles, radiographic image evaluation, image quality assessment, and defect classification
- Willingness to travel frequently, including internationally
- Flexibility to work extended/irregular hours to accommodate clients across different time zones

- NDT/RT qualification and certification levels (ISO 9712 or equivalent).
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO, ASME, EN).
- Prior experience in technical sales support or working with international customers.
