Technical Sales Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sales & Operations team to support quotation, order processing, and customer service activities.
• Prepare and manage quotes, sales orders, and customer follow-ups using Excel and ERP/CRM tools.
• Monitor stock availability and liaise with sales team or internal teams for lead time, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in creating and maintaining reports for enquiries, sales order, material availability.
• Communicate with customers and vendors via email and calls to ensure smooth sales and order fulfilment cycles.
• Handle documentation related to product inquiries, vendor communications, and customer project submittals.
• Provide technical and administrative support for product catalogs, specifications, and compliances.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• **Education:**
• Bachelor’s Degree in

Electrical

(Mandatory)

• **Experience:**
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in electrical distribution or B2B technical sales.
