Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients and present WAKI’s cashless payment solutions
- Tailor technical product demonstrations to customer needs
- Manage the sales cycle, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and integration
- Respond to technical and commercial inquiries and provide pre and post sales technical support
- Maintain strong customer relationships and gather feedback for product improvement
- Document sales activities, track performance metrics, and represent WAKI at meetings, events, and client visits
Requirements
- Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Solid Technical Support skills
- Good presentation and demo skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in fintech, payments, or software solutions sales preferred
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah and travel to client locations
- Strong problem solving abilities, attention to detail, and customer centric mindset
