Who we are
- AMVK Technical Services is a Dubai based renovation and MEP contractor operating across the UAE's premium villa and apartment communities.
- Full home renovation, fit out, joinery, bathroom, flooring, AC, home automation, and maintenance contracts.
What we are looking for
- A civil engineer or construction background professional with an existing client base in Dubai.
- Day to day tasks include identifying client needs, preparing proposals, proactively pursuing sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What we offer
- Base Salary: Market Standard
- Commission: 2% to 5% on every finished contract
- Uncapped OTE with no ceiling
- Operations across UAE

- You have an existing book of clients or warm referral network in the UAE
- You can scope a project, read drawings, and speak the language of both client and contractor
