Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve annual revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Promote and sell assigned products, tools, and services by applying technical and operational knowledge to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement at offices, workshops, warehouses, and field locations.
- Prepare value propositions, technical presentations, bids, tenders, and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling across service lines and product segments.
- Support customers during product application and service delivery to ensure performance, quality, and satisfaction expectations are met.
- Monitor market activity, pricing trends, and competitor offerings, and communicate relevant intelligence to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, account plans, and sales activity records in company sales systems.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and management teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews, budget discussions, and account strategy planning with leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Typically 4+ years of oil and gas, technical, field, or operational experience.
- Typically 6+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in technical or energy services environments
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.
- Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong understanding of product applications, service delivery, and commercial drivers within the energy sector.
- Cross-product line knowledge and exposure to intervention, drilling, well services, or related portfolios are advantageous.
