Technical Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative – Dubai

We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing fintech business operating across the GCC and wider MENA region to hire 3 Technical Sales Engineers / Technical Sales Representatives for their expanding Dubai team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling technology-driven organisation that is investing heavily in enterprise customer engagement, onboarding, and solution delivery across multiple regional markets.

The successful candidates will sit at the intersection of technology, customer engagement, and commercial sales, acting as the bridge between enterprise customers, sales teams, and internal technical stakeholders.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in helping customers understand, implement, and successfully adopt enterprise fintech solutions while supporting integrations, onboarding, and long-term customer success.

This role would suit individuals who are commercially aware, confident in client-facing environments, and comfortable discussing technical or system-related solutions with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer meetings, workshops, and solution discussions
  • Deliver tailored demos and product walkthroughs
  • Support onboarding and implementation conversations with enterprise clients
  • Work closely with internal sales, product, and technical teams
  • Assist customers with integrations and technical workflow discussions
  • Prepare proposals, solution documentation, and customer presentations
  • Support Proof of Concepts (POCs), testing, and customer success initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Help customers understand how the solution integrates into finance and operational ecosystems

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within one or more of the following sectors:
  • Fintech
  • SaaS
  • Payments
  • E-Invoicing
  • ERP Solutions
  • Candidates should also demonstrate:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building ability
  • Confidence discussing integrations, systems, and technical workflows
  • Experience working with enterprise customers
  • The ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging conversations
  • Experience with ERP or finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar systems would be highly advantageous.

Language Requirements

  • Our client is keen to build a multilingual and diverse team and is particularly interested in candidates with:
  • Arabic language skills
  • Urdu / Hindi language skills
  • European language capabilities are also advantageous
