Job Title

Sales and Business Development

• Identify and develop new business in industrial automation, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, robotics, panel building, and turnkey projects.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, cold calls, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms, close orders, and achieve sales targets.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical sales solutions.

Coordination and Marketing

• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Execute presentations, demonstrations, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
• Track competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• BE/BTech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation and an MBA in Marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
