Green Sands is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead business development and sales initiatives for wastewater treatment solutions across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share across assigned territory
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within customers, consultants, contractors and government entities sectors
- Conduct regular site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend suitable wastewater treatment solutions
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Manage key accounts and develop long term customer engagement strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within water, wastewater, environmental, or related industrial sectors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage

Position Summary
- Lead business development and sales initiatives across Dubai and the Northern Emirates
- Drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Promote solutions that help clients achieve operational efficiencies and sustainability goals through advanced wastewater treatment technologies
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share across the assigned territory
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within customers, consultants, contractors and government entities sectors
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market intelligence
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales opportunities
- Conduct regular site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend suitable wastewater treatment solutions
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Manage key accounts and develop long term customer engagement strategies
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the water, wastewater, environmental, or related industrial sectors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
- Work experience in wastewater treatment companies is highly desirable
