A. Customer Visits & Sales Execution
- Conduct scheduled visits to poultry farms, dairy farms, sheep farms, horse stables, veterinary hospitals, and pharmacies as per the approved visit plan.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions based on technical and commercial suitability.
- Execute sales in compliance with company pricing and payment policies Ensure every deal reflects transparency, professionalism, and integrity.
B. Technical Product Communication
- Explain products clearly (composition, benefits, application). Escalate complex technical inquiries to the technical team promptly. Support discussions using catalogues, technical data, and scientific references.
- C. Visit Planning, Execution & CRM Reporting
- Submit a weekly visit plan and confirm appointments 24 hours in advance.
- Record all visits same day in Ninox CRM with discussion points, objections, and next steps.
- Submit at least one detailed technical report per week with on-field insights.
D. Post-Sales Follow-Up & Customer Care
- Follow up with customers within 48 hours of purchase or sample delivery.
- Handle complaints quickly and coordinate resolution. Forward invoice or payment issues to the Sales Support Executive.
E. Payment Term Clarification and Collection Responsibility
- Explain approved terms and due dates during sales negotiations.
- Collection and Customer Payment recovery is on the TSR account
F. Market Intelligence
- Collect data on competitors’ pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.
- Suggest strategic counter actions or opportunities.
G. Sample Management & Trial Follow-Up
- Provide samples only to qualified, interested clients.
- Log all sample details in CRM and follow up weekly for 3 weeks minimum.
- Submit trial feedback and conversion report.
H. Teamwork & Professional Engagement
- Participate in weekly sales review meetings.
- Support exhibitions, technical events, and training sessions as required.
- Maintain close coordination with Sales Support and Technical teams.
Work Conduct, Discipline & Ethics
- Dress Code: Formal attire (shirt & tie).
- Vehicle: Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation.
- Task Ownership: All tasks must be completed and not delegated.
- Reporting Integrity: All CRM data and reports must reflect true field activity, no inflated figures or misleading entries.
Skills & Competencies
- Technical & Functional Strong veterinary or animal science background (poultry, dairy, or equine).
- Sound understanding of feed additives, acidifiers, antibiotics, and biosecurity programs. Strong presentation and explanation skills in scientific topics.
- Excellent CRM discipline and time management. Sales & Relationship Consultative, solution-based selling approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills. Natural ability to build trust with veterinarians, nutritionists, and farm owners.
