- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for industrial chemicals and laboratory solutions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with R&D, procurement, and production managers within target industries.
- Provide expert technical consultation on product selection, application, and performance.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, analyzing industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate closely with product development and technical support teams.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post sales support.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, safety standards, and emerging technologies.
