Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads, prepare proposals and quotations, and present technical solutions that align with client requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations, participate in client meetings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate specifications, pricing, and delivery
- Maintain a sales pipeline, follow up on opportunities, negotiate contracts, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends, gather competitive insights, and contribute to sales strategies and forecasts
Requirements
- Ability to understand and explain technical products or solutions and translate them into clear commercial value for clients
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in proposals, contracts, and documentation
- Proficiency in basic business software (e.g., CRM tools, MS Office) and comfort working with data for reporting and forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technical sales
- Prior experience in a technical or B2B sales environment in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage
- Willingness to work on site in Dubai and visit client locations as required
