Role Overview

  • As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion.
  • You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and secure custom fabrication projects.
  • This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, technical understanding of engineering drawings, and an aggressive drive to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new B2B sales leads and project opportunities across the UAE and broader GCC region.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long term relationships with procurement managers, project engineers, developers, and contractors.
  • Technical Consultation: Understand client technical specifications, review engineering drawings, and coordinate internally with our design and production teams to offer precise fabrication solutions.
  • Estimation & Proposal Support: Coordinate the preparation of competitive commercial proposals, technical submittals, and quotations.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations on contract terms, pricing, and delivery timelines to secure high value purchase orders.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction or industrial projects in the region.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience within the UAE, specifically in custom metal fabrication, sheet metal, CNC services, structural steel, or heavy industrial equipment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to read basic technical drawings/blueprints and understand fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding, finishing).
  • Network: An existing network of active contacts among UAE contractors, consultants, and industrial buyers is highly advantageous.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English (multilingual capability is a strong plus).
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (essential for client visits).
