Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business across all seven emirates
- Conduct site surveys and design SIRA compliant security solutions
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and BOQs
- Guide clients through SIRA and emirate level approval requirements
- Build long term client relationships and meet sales targets
- Coordinate with the technical/installation team to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the UAE within CCTV, smart home, or ELV/security systems
- Proven technical sales track record including lead generation, site surveys, solution design, and closing deals
- Strong working knowledge of SIRA regulations and compliance
- Completed and passed the SIRA certification course
- SIRA approved consultant able to advise clients and handle project approvals
- Ability to prepare professional quotations and BOQs
- Solid technical grasp of IP/analog CCTV, NVR/DVR, access control, intercom, and smart home integration
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic (preferred)
- UAE driving license required
