About the Role

  • Kinetics Group is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer – HVAC Acoustic Solutions to develop new business opportunities and support the sales of sound attenuators, duct silencers, air distribution products, and related HVAC acoustic solutions across the UAE.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE HVAC technical sales, sound knowledge of mechanical systems, and an established network of consultants, MEP contractors, and construction companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, construction companies, developers, and end users.
  • Identify new projects and business opportunities for HVAC acoustic and noise control products.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy project pipeline.
  • Promote sound attenuators, duct silencers, air distribution products, and related HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, submittals, and supporting documents.
  • Review project requirements, specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
  • Recommend suitable products based on technical and commercial requirements.
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, tenders, consultant approvals, and active project opportunities.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product discussions with consultants and contractors.
  • Coordinate with engineering, estimation, production, and operations teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects across the UAE.
  • Maintain accurate customer, sales, quotation, and opportunity records using CRM and ERP systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of technical sales experience within the UAE HVAC industry.
  • Proven experience in project sales, business development, or specification based HVAC sales.
  • Valid UAE driving licence.

Required Experience

  • Experience selling HVAC products such as sound attenuators, duct silencers, air distribution products, acoustic louvres, or related equipment.
  • Strong professional network with UAE consultants, contractors, and MEP companies.
  • Experience preparing technical quotations, commercial proposals, and project submittals.
  • Familiarity with consultant approvals, project specifications, tenders, and contractor negotiations.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, air distribution, and mechanical services.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, schedules, and tender documents.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong business development and sales closing ability.
  • Good commercial awareness and customer focused approach.
  • Strong planning, organization, and follow up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple project opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous sales experience in HVAC acoustic or noise control products.
  • Familiarity with acoustic performance requirements and consultant specifications.
  • Experience working on commercial, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, infrastructure, or high rise projects.
  • Existing relationships with leading consultants and MEP contractors in the UAE.
