• We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer who can translate complex engineering physics into clear value for structural engineering firms, contractors, and infrastructure innovators.
• 🔧 What you’ll do:
• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify structural engineering challenges (seismic, wind, thermal stress, etc.)
• Deliver high-impact demos & Proof of Concepts using real engineering datasets
• Convert simulation insights into clear ROI for decision-makers & C-level stakeholders
• Collaborate on enterprise RFPs, tenders & strategic technical sales engagements
• 🎯 What we’re looking for:
• Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc / PhD)
• Strong hands-on experience in BIM (Revit, Tekla), FEM (ANSYS, SAP2000, STAAD, Abaqus) & CFD (Fluent, SimScale)
• 2+ years in structural design/simulation with exposure to client-facing or technical sales roles
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to challenge and improve engineering workflows
